Each membership includes 4 guaranteed seats per year (1 per quarter) on shared empty-leg private jet flights.

Altitude: Routes to GCC countries
High Altitude: Routes to destinations within 4 hours (Maldives, Turkey, Central Asia, etc.)
Max Altitude: Routes to Continental Europe + London
South Florida
Altitude: Routes within 2 flight hours (Key West, Orlando, etc.)
High Altitude: Routes within 4 flight hours (NYC, Washington DC, etc.)
Max Altitude: Routes within 6 flight hours (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, etc.)
If you can’t use your guaranteed seat, it automatically converts into a flight credit, redeemable anytime within the same membership year.

Your upgrade applies to the remaining months of your membership year.
Prior months at the lower tier aren’t carried over.
Example: Start with Altitude ($10,000). After 3 months, upgrade to High Altitude ($20,000) by paying the $10k difference — enjoy all High Altitude benefits for the remaining 9 months.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an empty leg flight?
An empty leg flight is when a private jet is repositioning without passengers — for example, flying back to base or heading to pick up its next client. Instead of flying empty, Jets 100 offers members the opportunity to book a seat on these flights.
What is a flight credit?
If you can’t use your guaranteed seat, it automatically converts into a flight credit, redeemable anytime within the same membership year. Priority access allows multiple credits to be used in the same quarter, subject to availability. If a Max Altitude membership chooses Option B - Luxury Escape, extra-flight priority for that year is not included.
Are flights roundtrip?
No. All shared flights are booked one-way only. Return flights may be offered later on standby, but they are not guaranteed.
What if I need specific dates?
Use your tier’s booking window to secure your spot. Max Altitude members enjoy the longest priority window and top booking flexibility.
Can I bring luggage or pets?
Yes, but standard rules for light and very light jets apply. Full details will be included with your booking confirmation.
Can I transfer my seat to someone else?
Memberships are generally non-transferable. However, Founder-100 members may nominate one guest for the year who can use a seat in their place.
Do I get a refund if I change my mind?
Founder members have a 7-day cooling-off period from payment if no flights or benefits have been used. After that, memberships are non-refundable, but your credits remain valid until expiry.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit the credit. Outside that window, your credit is restored.
Are seats guaranteed on every flight?
Seat availability is based on your tier and the 60-day rolling calendar. With limited seats per route, booking early within your window is the best way to secure flights.
Can I use my membership in both Dubai and Miami?
Yes. Only High Altitude and Max Altitude members can redeem their credits when traveling in the other city on eligible routes.
What are Signature Experiences?
Max Altitude members receive one off-peak luxury trip included each year (Velaa Private Island-Maldives from Dubai, Ambergris Cay from Miami). During peak seasons, they can still join with a capped co-pay.
